Its been.. well its been a really long time since I wrote a journal.. well over a year ><

I am going to try to make up for it by doing a feature page for some of my friends and guild members in WoW
I am back, feeling better and healthier than ever, I am getting back into doing commission work.. so if you're interested, let me know!  




   
I love the personality and emotion he is able to draw into his images, really great stuff, and he's open for Commissions!




    The Paladin's SecretThe tall plate-clad Draenei strode stiffly through the streets of Stormwind, looking neither right nor left, and if she noticed the crowds of people that barely had time to dodge out of her way lest she bowl them over, she gave no indication of it. From horn to hoof, her pale silvery armor gleamed almost with a light of its own and she wore it proudly, not a speck of dust marring its surface. Men giving her a passing glance found her lovely, but upon closer inspection, the hard set to her mouth and fierce, challenging stare encouraged them to hurriedly find business elsewhere and quickly.
The paladin seemed lost in her thoughts, even less aware of the little people around her then she usually was. She very nearly trod on the paw of a worgen and as he started to snarl at her to watch where she was going, her silvery eyes shot toward him and he hastily choked off his words and slunk off in the opposite direction.
“No manners,” she muttered in thickly accented Common. Even
Artist, writer, comic artist, she does everything and she's pretty awesome overall!




   
I can't feature this guy without plugging the one he did for me, I love it too much not to!   Than is an awesome artist and writer and if you don't already follow him for his Rifts work and sexy girls then you should definitely take a peek.

So Finally back online, on my own PC, in my own office, althought in a new house, in a new state.

"Not too much longer" turned out to be much longer than I expected, but I have only now managed to reassemble my PC and my house is mostly unpacked.  

I am looking foreward to making new artwork, taking on new commissions, and running new exchanges!  I feel like I have been missing out and getting behind these last few months and I apologize.  I will not be responding to most artwork and comments and things that I have missed in my absense, since I had over 7k watches and comments and such in my inbox, I will just start over, but thank you to everyone who did comment ant watch, and for those who's artwork I am watching.. your stuff is awesome or I wouldnt be watching anyway, right?

So my summer did not go as planned.

I was supposed to be packing up my Missouri house getting ready to move back home to Phoenix, enjoying the cooler weather, working on commissions, planning a TAC exchange,  walking my dogs, getting my kids prepared to start school...

Instead I got sick, I went to the doctor thinking I had a kidney stone, and three days later was on a plane headed for Phoenix, thinking I had cancer.

I was told I had a Liposarcoma attached to my kidney, and it was huge.  It took the doctor most of a week to find a surgeon willing to operate on me, and once they did they were pretty sure I was going to lose parts of my spleen, liver, pancreas, and of course, my kidney.

Luckily, they removed what was a ten pound tumor, and my left kidney, but they did not need to take anything else.  The Pathologist came back with the report on the tumor 5 days later and it was benign!

But.. now I am sitting in my sister in law's guest house, because my new house is still completely empty, all of my furniture, books, computers, clothes.. everything is still in Missouri.  My hubby is due to go out and collect our things toward the end of the month.

This means I cannot really do commissions at this time, though I would like to.  I do have my laptop but I have no desk, no table and chairs, nowhere comfortable to spend hours needed to do quality work, especially since I am just not in the shape I was in before surgery. Two weeks in a hospital bed not allowed to eat anything does a number on you. not to mention the whole being cut open part. ><

Anyway, I am on the mend, and hope to be back within the next couple of weeks.  I know there are people who have requested commissions from me, and I would love to do them as soon as I have my own home, desk, computer..all of that.
